All intensive packages additionally include:
A customized workbook for your individual treatment plan needs, a sensory mindfulness grounding box, a journal and pen, a 1 hour pre-intensive video call to structure your personalized intensive experience, and a 30 minute post-intensive check-in call.
Intensives are not covered by insurance. However, we do accept credit card, health savings/federal saving account cards, and are working on being able to accept CareCredit. Should you wish to be provided with a superbill receipt in an attempt to have your insurance reimburse you, please let us know. However, this will be up to your insurance company, as we are strictly fee-for-service for intensives.
To book your spot for your intensive weekend, you will need to pay ½ of the total amount upfront, and with the remaining ½ due prior to the first day of the intensive. You may cancel your intensive up to 30 days prior and receive your first half of your payment back in full minus $150. Admin charge.
Within 30 days of your intensive, no refund of the down payment will be refunded, but no further charge will be assessed for cancellations within this time period. Intensives cancelled within 7 days of intensive start will be charged in full and not reimbursed. Should there be an emergency such as a death of an immediate family member, covid, or hospital emergency for yourself or an immediate family member, you may reschedule with $150 for admin costs as the only fee.
